Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every item you purchase from BE BILLIE YOGA & ACTIVEWEAR.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new gear, simply follow the instructions below so we can help you get hold of the perfect item.
If you choose to return or exchange any items, please notify BE BILLIE YOGA & ACTIVEWEAR after receiving your package via email hello@billie.be.

The items you wish to exchange can be returned to our office: BE BILLIE YOGA & ACTIVEWEAR, Belgiëlei 129A bus 23, 2018 Antwerpen.

EXCHANGES
If you require an exchange please email hello@billie.be with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is 'out of stock' a gift voucher or refund will be issued.

REFUNDS
If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your purchased item however associated shipping charges are excluded. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by BE BILLIE YOGA & ACTIVEWEAR, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

Please take note of the following conditions for returns and exchanges:
- products must be returned within a 14 day period
- products must be in the original condition: unworn and unsoiled
- all tags must remain attached
- items with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return
- no refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale items or items purchased with a discount voucher or code
